Collecting Student Feedback
We are proud of the Recovery Can Happen Certified Peer Support Training Program and the high quality experience provided to students. From January to September 2021 program staff collected one hundred and seventy five (175) evaluations from nineteen (19) separate cohorts. These anonymous survey’s asked students to rate their training experience and provide suggestions for improvements. The following are some of our findings!
What is a Net Promoter Score?
The Net Promoter Score®, or NPS®, measures customer experience and predicts growth. This proven metric provides the core measurement for customer experience management programs the world round.
Respondents are grouped as follows:
- Promoters (score 9-10) are loyal enthusiasts who will keep buying and refer to others, fueling growth.
- Passives (score 7-8) are satisfied but unenthusiastic customers who are vulnerable to competitive offerings.
- Detractors (score 0-6) are unhappy customers who can damage your brand and impede growth through negative word-of-mouth.
Subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters yields the Net Promoter Score, which can range from a low of -100 (if every customer is a Detractor) to a high of 100 (if every customer is a Promoter).
So you may ask what is the NPS Score for the Recovery Can Happen Peer Support Training? Our average score is 9.80 which falls fully in the Promotor Category of loyal students who are willing to refer our training to others!
